Going back to work after maternity leave is often a tall order for many new mums. While they fret over the anxiety of leaving their newborns under the care of others while they are away, they also worry about breastfeeding. Many desire to exclusively breastfeed their newborns, but yet, they find it easier said than. So how can they manage to do so? Nurse Pauline Ochola explains.
