Christine: My biggest fear is being separated from my family (kids and hubby). I don’t know what I’d do without them. They give me such unexplainable joy and fill our home with so much warmth. For me, family is everything and each day, I pray that my children will cherish the needs we struggle so hard to provide for them, i.e. food, shelter, clothing and education. Today’s life has become very expensive and if every parent can be able to provide these needs, then their children should strive to appreciate them.
Sylvia: Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through motherhood?
Christine: I am forever grateful to my mum and husband who have seen and helped me through this parenting journey. My mum has always guided me on family matters whose lessons and tips I continue to find so helpful to this day.
Sylvia: What is the best motherhood advice you’d like to share with fellow moms?
Christine: As women who are both wives and mothers, we should play our roles diligently because they are God-given. Always love your family and pay attention to their needs, and strive to make their lives comfortable.
