Hi friends hope you’re well and that the festive holidays are coming along just fine. I’m sure you have a lot planned for the holidays – traveling to the village to spend time with loved ones, hooking up with relatives, taking a trip down to the Coast or some other vacation spot, attending Christmas concerts, going for picnics and other such fun, exciting stuff. Or you’re just planning to stay indoors with the family and spend some chill-mode time with them.
Well, in between all those activities, how about taking some time to watch some nice Christmas-themed animations with the kids? I know that my sons love it when I cuddle up with them –complete with happy socks, blankies, bitings and hot chocolate as we watch a show. I hope it’s the same for you too.
By the way, I have two boys and the other day, I found myself amazed at just how much Spiderman, Avengers, LEGO, Transformers, Ninja, all those racing cars, jets and other action-packed knowledge I have on me nowadays –I can write an entire thesis 🙂 Who knew!
So anyway, I’d like to share with you some of the Christmas-themed animations that your kids would enjoy watching during this festive season. And it can even be more exciting if you can join them and watch together. The shows are available on Showmax, who I have partnered with to bring you this information. Here are the Christmas-themed animations:
Garfield has to survive a Christmas on the farm with Jon’s family. And everyone on the farm wants to be active! Fortunately, there are plenty of naps and good food to help him cope.
It’s Christmas in the Pig household and everyone is invited for a great big party! Who will show up? What excitement will there be? What activities will they do? Will Santa Claus himself be there?
Join Timmy and his friends in this special. When they get snowed in at the nursery on Christmas Eve, they decide to create their own Christmas right there.
This is the charming story about a piece of wood called Stick Man who ends up on a grand adventure as he tries his best to get home to his stick family n time for Christmas. The award-winning film is also an African success story as it was brought to life by South African animation company Triggerfish.
