Upcoming Support Group Session for Parents who Have Experienced Pregnancy and Infant Loss

Hi guys, hope your weekend was great, and that your Monday has started off on a good note. In case you missed my previous article which I published last Thursday, you can catch it here: “Why I Wish my Parents Were Poor” -Susan’s Encounter.

Now, I always feel encouraged whenever I see women/moms begin initiatives based on their own experiences; initiatives aimed at helping fellow women and moms deal with certain issues pertaining to being a woman; being a mom.

One such example is Samoina Wangui who has started support group therapy sessions for women who have suffered postpartum depression. Read about that here.

I’ve also previously told you the story of Wanjiru Kihusa of Still a Mum. Still a Mum offers support for parents have gone through miscarriages, stillbirth and infant loss.

Date: Saturday 27 January 2018

What: Support Group Session by Still a Mum

Venue: Agip House, 4th floor

Charges: Sh500 per session (caters for snacks, venue cost & materials)
